As my kids are getting older, I'm finding it harder to have one on one time with them. We get so busy throughout the day with our own tasks that we forget to take time to spend with one another. It only gets more difficult as children get older.This is exactly why dinner time in our family is something we fight for. It would be easy to set up dinner in front of the TV and just relax from the chaotic day, but we choose not to. We choose to turn everything off and enjoy dinner together.It's the one time during the day that I have my children's undivided attention and they have mine.We've created memories around our dinner table.
